What we collect, and what we don't.
Pair of Dots LLC is a small web design shop in Foley, Alabama. This page says what we collect when you visit this site, fill out a form, or answer one of our ads, and what we do with it. No legal fog.
If you fill out a form or answer an ad
We get what you typed: usually your name, your business name, your phone number, and your email. We use it to do one thing: get back to you about a website. That is it.
Calls and texts. When you give us your number, you are saying it is okay for us to call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any text from us and we stop. We send a handful of texts, not a drip campaign.
If you came to us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta passes us what you put in their form. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta keeps.
When you just visit the site
We log that a page was viewed: the page, the rough city it came from, the site that sent you here, and the time. This tells us which pages people use. It does not use cookies, it does not follow you to other sites, and we do not sell it.
If we are running ads, a Meta pixel may also be on the page. It tells Meta that someone who saw an ad visited the site. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or with a browser blocker.
What we never do
- Sell your information, or trade it, or hand it to a list broker.
- Add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
- Keep calling after you say no.
Who touches your data
A few services we use see it so the site can work: our web host (Netlify), our phone system (Quo), and Meta if you came from an ad. They hold it under their own privacy rules. Nobody else.
Want it gone?
Email randy@pairofdots.com or text 251-270-4129 and say so. We delete what we have on you and confirm back. Same address if you have any question about this page.
Clients
If you are a Pair of Dots client, your site has its own contact form and visitors. We handle that data the same way, for you, and only to run your site.
